Shipping & Returns
Please note our return address is different from our shipping address, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll guide you through the process. We know shopping online is hard and try as we may things don’t always go as planned! If you are not 110% satisfied with your product we are always willing to make things right, whether it’s a refund or shipment of a replacement. Just send us an email including your order number to email@example.com and someone will assist.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. If you have any questions about the status of your refund we are more than happy to assist! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will get back to you.
Sale items are applicable for return and exchange unless marked on our website as FINAL SALE at time of purchase.
We replace any item reported as defective or damaged. If would like to exchange it for the same item,
send us an email at email@example.com.

We ship replacements worldwide! The amount of time your replacement will take to get to you varies by location. We will provide you with tracking information and support throughout the entire process.
