Air Fried Sesame Wings

Prep Time 10 minutes  
Cook Time 45 minutes 
Passive Time 60 minutes 


  • 6 Chicken Wings
  • 1 Large Garlic Clove
  • 3/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
Final ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame seeds 
  • 4 Green Onions


  1. Mix Marinade (Garlic, Soy Sauce, Salt, Sesame Oil, Honey, Peanut Butter, Chili Garlic Sauce, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Rice wine Vinegar

  2. Place Chicken wings into Zip Lock Bag

  3. Pour Marinade over Chicken Wings in zip lock Bag

  4. Massage Marinade into Chicken wings

  5. Place Chicken wings and marinade in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. It's better to marinade overnight but not necessary

  6. Place chicken wings in air fryer

  7. Place air fry on 380 degrees

  8. Flip the wings every 5 minutes for a total of 20 minutes. (So you flip the wings 4 times)

  9. Toast Sesame seeds in a hot pan

  10. When Wings are cooked remove from air fryer and toss on Sesame Seeds

  11. Place wings on serving dish and sprinkle chopped green onions on top of wings

  12. Serve with Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing

  13. Serve and Enjoy!!!
