HiroNori is a Craft Ramen spot in Irvine, California and let me tell you, it’s incredible! Although the wait may be a hassle, it is all worth it! When I go, I usually either order the Vegan ramen, or the Tonkotsu ramen. The Vegan ramen is so good that it’ll even make a meat lover’s mouth drool! The broth is divine, and will have you wishing that you could slurp on it every day. It is rich, but not overwhelming to the point where you will get tired of it. The noodles are prepared fresh every morning, and you can really notice the love that they put into their craft with every bite. The broccolini is also out of this world! It is delightfully seasoned, and the texture is to die for. When it comes to the Tonkotsu ramen, every bite of chashu pork will have you begging for more. I consider HiroNori Craft Ramen one of the best ramen restaurants that I have ever been to, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
This delicious little spot is the product of partners Hiromichi and Tadanori. These two Japanese Natives opened HiroNori Craft Ramen in 2017. The restaurant makes everything from scratch - down to the ramen noodles! If you’re ever in the OC area, you must stop by HiroNori Craft Ramen. Trust me, it’s worth the wait!!!
